Not at the moment, we currently only deliver Australia addresses. Please continue to follow us, as we could be open to international shipping in the near future.

Unfortunately we do not offer delivery to PO Box, Parcel Locker Or Parcel Collect at the moment.

For Metro & Major Regional, the average delivery time is approx. 1- 5 business days and approx. 7 business days for Regional.

No, you do not have to be home to receive the delivery, our courier will leave the parcel at a safe spot as you required, if there is a pin code required upon entry, please provide the pin code when placing the order. Please remember though that we are not responsible for any missing or damaged goods after they have been left at your premises.

We deliver to most of the Metro & Major Regional areas in Australia.

Under normal circumstances your order should be dispatched from our warehouse within 3-5 working days.

Yes, you can call our office and add an item or items to your order. The alternative is to place a new order for the new item or items you would like to purchase, select pick up and add the existing order number into the order description.

At the moment, we accept Google Pay, Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard. Once we have received your payment, the order will be delivered as soon as possible.

Yes, our goal at BUNDI PET is to satisfy all pets and pet lovers, occasionally, you might have a change of mind, and that is ok. We understand that and will provide you the return/refund service you required.
